(muralists)

La Colorería SVQ is the artistic project of Paco Hernández Cano and Pepe Fernández Casado, a pair of visual artists who, after collaborating on the restoration of the Cartuja Monastery in Seville, decided in 1992 to channel their shared creativity into a unique applied art project. Since then, their workshop has become a benchmark for mural and decorative painting, fusing traditional techniques with a contemporary aesthetic that has left its mark on numerous spaces across Europe. In recent years, they have strengthened their international presence thanks to their collaboration with Red House Art at the Kimpton Los Monteros Hotel, consolidating an alliance that promotes and curates their work in high-profile projects.

Their work is characterized by the creation of handcrafted, realistic murals that transform walls, furniture, and ceilings into living canvases. They have worked in emblematic spaces such as the Real Maestranza de Sevilla and have collaborated with renowned interior designers like Lorenzo Castillo. Their style, reminiscent of Renaissance artists, incorporates exotic landscapes, trompe l'oeil, and natural elements that lend a measured exuberance to each project. However, their versatility allows them to adapt each creation to the specific character of each commission, integrating the curatorial sensibility and artistic guidance of Red House Art to deliver results that harmonize with the identity of the space and the client's needs.
